DGX - Breaking Alert

Dear Valued Customer,

DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express and DGX-Dependable Global Express offices in the USA will be migrating to a new phone system on the morning of March 22nd between 8 am and 10 am PST.  We're changing our phone systems to provide better service to you, our valued customers. Should you call during this window and are unable to connect or are dropped, please contact your local representative or email us at the following:

      Import Customer Service: laximports@dgxglobal.com

      Export Customer Service :usexportlcl@dgxglobal.com - LCL or intlfcl@dgxglobal.com - FCL

During this period, we will be unable to make or receive calls until the transition is complete. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Once we’re assured the transition is done, we will send out another Breaking Alert email notification indicating completion. We anticipate the migration will be done sooner than 10 am PST.
