As a result of increases to ocean freight rates from our Ocean Carriers, DGX is implementing a GRI to recover these costs as detailed below:

Origin	Destination	Type	New Surcharge	Effective Date
All US Origins	All destinations to and via Australia and New Zealand.	GRI	$20.00 W/M - $20.00 min	2/17/2022

Any mitigation and/or delays of the increase will be passed along as applicable.
