As a result of increases to operational costs, DGX is announcing increases to the Export CFS Receiving and Hazardous charges as detailed below.

Origin	Destination	Type	New Surcharge	Effective Date
All US Origins	All destinations	Export CFS Receiving Charge	$15 W/M, Min $30, max $75	10/23/21
All US Origins	All destinations *Except EC	Hazardous Charge	MIN $150	10/23/21

Any mitigation and/or delays of the increase will be passed along as applicable.
