Dear Valued Customer,

As a result of increases to ocean freight rates from the ocean carriers, DGX is implementing a GRI to recover these costs as detailed below:

Origin	Destination	Type	New Surcharge	Effective Date
All US Origins	All destinations to and via Australia and New Zealand.	GRI	$8.00 W/M - $8.00 min	10/1/2021

Due to an increase in fuel charges from the ocean carriers, we are forced to also increase the amount of our IMO202 surcharge for Oceania. The new surcharge amount will apply as follows:

Origin	Destination	Type	Current Surcharge	New Surcharge	Effective Date
All US origins	OCEANIA	IMO2020	$10.00 W/M	$12.00 w/m	10/1/21

Any mitigation and/or delays of these rate adjustments will be passed along as applicable.
