DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express will be closed, Monday, September 6th for Labor Day. Please allow 24 to 48-hour delays in your shipment delivery the week of September 6th to 10th.

As a reminder, our receiving hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. On Wednesday and Friday, the receiving cutoff is 2 pm to make the vessel.

DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express – Website Update

If you do not already have a login and password to access your account online, please contact your current salesperson and ask to be set up. By accessing your account online, you will be able to track your shipments, run reports, view invoices and paperwork related to your shipments, such as bills of lading and proof of deliveries. If you are currently using our website to track your shipments, we now have a new "wildcard" feature that expands the search field to include multiple reference and purchase order numbers. Our goal is to make your experience with us as painless and paperless as possible. We want to be a pleasure for you to work with!
