DHX - Dependable Hawaiian Express

Dear Valued Customer:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, effective Monday, April 20 DHX terminals will be adjusting their will call hours as follows:
- Maui and Kailua Kona terminals will be adjusting their will call hours to 8 am – 2 pm HST Monday through Friday.
- Honolulu terminal will be adjusting their will call hours to 7:30 am – 3:30 pm HST Monday through Friday.
- LA terminal will be adjusting their will call hours to 8 am – 3:30 pm PST Monday through Friday.
Our Seattle, San Leandro and Guam terminals are not adjusting their will call hours at this time. We will advise you should this change.
Island of Kauai
Kauai Freight Service has advised that there will be no will call service for any non-essential goods. Their will call hours for essential goods are 8:30 am – 2:30 pm HST Monday through Friday.
The Big Island - Hilo
HITCO Moving & Storage has advised their current will call hours are 1 pm – 2:45 pm HST Monday through Friday.
