As a result of ocean carrier increases, DGX is implementing an increase to the EFAF as detailed below:

Origin	Destination	Type	Increase	New Amount	Effective Date
All US Origins	All Ecuador Destinations	EFAF	$4.00 W/M - $4.00 min	$8.00 W/M - $8.00 min	11/24/2019

Any mitigation and/or delays of the increase will be passed along as applicable.
