Subject: MahiMahi V384 early Cut off  from Long Beach to Hawaii due to Holiday Schedule.

 

Dear Valued Customers:

 

Matson Navigation Company ("Matson") has notified us that MahiMahi V384 scheduled to sail this Saturday, November 25^th out of Southern California has had it's sailing schedule modified. Accordingly, Matson's new cutoff to sail the vessel is now 4:00 PM Friday, November 24th.

 

Of course, we will do everything  possible to ensure that your freight received on Friday morning makes the sailing. That being said, all containers have to be at the Harbor no later than 4:00 PM, which means we need to complete our loading at approximately 3:00 PM given holiday and rush hour traffic. If you have a choice, because of the early cutoff as well as the Thanksgiving holiday, we would recommend you get your shipments to our facility by 4:30 PM Wednesday afternoon.
