Position Description: 3 years or more logistics experience in Customer Service.  Responsible for following up with customer request both external and internal.  Provide expedient, efficient, customer oriented service.  Set up and manage order for pick up, working with various vendors. Respond to customer request for both LCL and FCL quotes. Quoting customers, advising customer of payment and payment is received to prevent delays.
