Supervisory Responsibilities Manages 3 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 15-30 employees in the Warehouse. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization,
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Computer Skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Intranet
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid Driver's License, Forklift certification
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
