Dear Valued Customer,
 
We have been advised by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) that due to higher than expected freight receipts and previous delays caused by severe weather in the Pacific, the Mahimahi V471W departed Long Beach port 6 hours late. With heavy headwinds, she has not been able to make up time to reach Honolulu by Wednesday, November 3rd as originally expected. The Mahimahi is currently expected to reach Honolulu early morning Thursday, November 4th.
 
We are estimating a 24-hour delay for our Oahu deliveries and no delays for our Neighbor Island deliveries. Our island trucking operations will do everything in their power to expedite the handling of your shipments and to minimize any delay as much as possible.
 
We will continue to monitor any developments and update you as needed.
