Re: Polynesia V. 486S - Cargo delay due to engine repairs

 

Dear DGX Valued Customer:

 

As many of you have already been made aware, the above vessel, scheduled to depart Oakland on June 24, 2017 for the South Pacific Islands, has experienced an engine breakdown. Because the repairs will require extensive time, the vessel will be offloaded in Oakland and containers transferred to separate vessels, as follows:

 

Tahiti:

The cargo, including Tahiti cargo booked out of Long Beach and Oakland to sail on the Cap Taputapu V. 31S, will transfer to the Cap Corrientes V. 543S. This sailing details are as follows:

 

Cap Corrientes V. 543S

ETD Oakland: July 6th

ETD Long Beach: July 9th

ETA Papeete: July 18th

 

Apia, Pago Pago and Nuku’alofa (via Apia):

The cargo will transfer to the Cap Taputapu V. 31S and will call Long Beach as planned, loading cargo destined for Samoa, American Samoa, and Tonga only. The revised dates for this sailing as follows:

 

Cap Taputapu V. 31S

ETD Long Beach: July 7th

ETD Oakland: July 9th

ETA Apia: July 21st

ETA Pago Pago: July 21st

ETA Long Beach: August 4th
