The following is provided for your information:

Australia/New Zealand General Rate Increase (GRI) on West Coast Services from the USA

The members of the OVSA (Hamburg Sud, Hapag Lloyd, MSC, USL, PIL) have previously announced a South Bound Trade GRI of 20’/$175 USD and 40’/ $350 USD, effective June 15, 2015. Accordingly, our West Coast full container load rates will increase by like amounts.

Australia/New Zealand General Rate Increase (GRI) on East Coast and Gulf ports Services from the USA 

The OVSA (Hamburg Sud, Hapag Lloyd, MSC, USL, PIL) have postponed the increase for shipments from East Coast and Gulf ports to August 1, 2015. The GRI of 20’/$175 USD and 40’/ $350 USD will be effective August 1, 2015. Accordingly, our full container load rates will increase by like amounts.

Australia/New Zealand BAF decrease on Direct Services from the USA

Effective June 15, 2015, the Bunker Surcharge will decrease to:

20’ |  $463 USD
40’ |  $926 USD

Our full container load rates will decrease by the like amounts.

In combination with the West Coast GRI above, the impact to our Less than Container Load rates will be a $4 USD W/M increase, effective with shipments tendered to the carriers on or after June 15, 2015.

Please note if the OVSA does implement the GRI, DGX will implement the GRI. If the carriers decided to waive the GRI, DGX will waive the GRI accordingly.

Australia/New Zealand Low Sulfur Fuel Charge (LSS) from USA

Effective, June 15, 2015 the Low Sulfur Fuel surcharge (LSS) will decrease as follows:

20’ | $33 USD 
40’ | $66 USD 

LCL | $1 USD W/M
