Rate Changes
The following rate changes will be effective on the dates
indicated:
Los
Angeles Pickup Increase
Due
to the current transportation industry shortage of skilled drivers, we will be
increasing our Los Angeles area pickup pricing by 4.9%, effective January 1,
2016. Depending on the geographical area, drayage rates to/from the Harbor may
see a higher increase, reflecting increases in our underlying costs.
Hawaii
Ocean General Rate Increase
Matson
Navigation Company recently announced they will be increasing rates to and from
Hawaii effective January 3, 2016. Westbound container load rates will increase
by $225 and eastbound by $110. DHX will be adjusting our FCL ocean rates upward
to reflect these increases with sailings on or after January 3rd. LCL rates will also be changed accordingly.
These adjustments reflect the direct pass through of ocean carriage related
costs.
Oahu
Delivery Increase
In order to continue providing service levels that our
Customers have become accustomed to, our rising costs in Oahu labor and
operating costs are causing us to announce a 5% increase in our trucking
related rates, effective with deliveries on or after January 1, 2016.
