BREAKING ALERT

Dear Valued Customer,

DGX-Dependable Global Express has received an update from the operations at DP World Australia that container terminals in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth have resumed operations. 

While all port operations have resumed, receivals and deliveries (R&D) resources were allocated yesterday to focus mainly on import delivery operations, along with some limited receivals (gate-in for exports) based on vessel priority, primarily in Melbourne and Brisbane only. 

DP World will be performing an ongoing investigation and testing of affected systems. Unfortunately, due to the Industrial Action and IT system outage, container availability will be delayed at DP World terminals. 

We will continue to monitor the situation and contact all impacted customers directly.
